Post-It Note Tuesday!!!

Summer vacation is in full swing!  It continues to surprise me how much I truly enjoy being a stay-at-home wife.  I never thought I would enjoy passing the days taking care of the house and garden, cooking and cleaning, but I love the sense of accomplishment these activities bring, and the thrill of seeing everything function in an organized and orderly manner.
And now, for Post-It Note Tuesday! This blogring was started by Supah Mommy, and I found it through my friend Arena, over at The Nerd's Wife!

  3. Thanks for the comments y'all!

Percy Jackson is incredible! And like all incredible series, I'm enjoying it even more the second time around! It will probably be one of my regular rereads! I'm even considering buying the whole series in hardback, but we'll see :-).

Harry Potter is one of my all-time favorites! I already plan on reading it to my future kiddo as a bedtime story! This must be my 5th or 6th reread, at least!

  4. Poor Haley-pup!! Ant bites in awkward places are no fun at all. Maybe Annie was whining because her sister felt bad?

If you keep mentioning the Percy Jackson books I am going to have to derail my queue to read them, you know?

Fins--They're completely worth it! I derailed my Harry Potter reread for them, as well as postponed reading Bryan's Christopher Moore books.

Mom of the Twinkies and the Tot--
I love the name of your blog! Your little ones are precious. In regards to the corkboard, I got the idea from Arena over at The Nerd's Wife.
I used Google images to find mine--it lead me to

    http://psd.tutsplus.com/freebies/texture/corkboard-texture-pack/

which has a free folder of downloadable corkboard textures! Then I play with Powerpoint to get all of my images arranged and grouped, and then export the grouped images as a jpg!
