Whew! This past week seems to have just flown by!
I'm really not sure where all of it went!
And here we are at Monday again!
Mondays are my Weight Watcher Meeting days.
I went today at 12:15 for my third meeting.
I really enjoy the atmosphere and our leader.
I also am increasingly becoming a big fan of the program in general!
This last week I lost 1.4 pounds!
So, adjusting for wearing shoes the first time, I've lost 3.8 pounds in the last two weeks!
That's not too shabby if you ask me!
Add to that the fact that the weather was so cold and nasty last week that I didn't exercise at all!
This week, I'm going to start walking again--ankle permitting--and am definitely going to water aerobics at least twice!
I have high hopes for next week's weigh in :-D.
Anyway, on to planning our menu for the week!
BREAKFAST: Eggy in a basket, or just a fried egg with yogurt, with a cup of milk
LUNCH: For Bryan, leftovers; for me, turkey and cheese sandwich (mushrooms optional) or a nice big salad.
DINNER:
MONDAY: Beef-Vegetable Pie
TUESDAY: Stuffed Shells with veggies
WEDNESDAY: Coconut Shrimp with veggies
THURSDAY: Gan Gan's Meatloaf
FRIDAY: Pita Pizzas
SATURDAY & SUNDAY: one night, a big salad; the other night either left overs, or perhaps tacos!
Will you menu plan for me too and I'll more than gladly take loosing even 3 lbs in a week. But YAY you.

ReplyDeleteThe Weight Watcher program says you'll lose at least half a pound to two pounds a week--which is nice and slow and healthy. I've had my fill of large quick drops that come on back.
So, if I maintain this rate, by the end of February I'll have lost another 6-12 pounds!
And you can always borrow one of my menu plans ;-)! Hope everything is going well with you!
