Happy Monday everyone!
There was once a time when I did not believe that Mondays could ever be happy days.
Now, however, I know better!
Today I went to my second Weight Watchers meeting!
According to my weight in, I've lost three pounds!
Now, the only damper on that excitement is that I think I forgot to take my shoes off last week.
I figure my shoes weigh about a pound, so that's still 2 whole pounds!
I got a sticker and everything!
After that I went to the salon and got a pedicure.
My toes are now a pretty blue color with white and purple flowers!
All in all, it's been a wonderful day.
Now, it's time to plan the week's menu!
BREAKFAST: Eggy in a basket, or just a sunny-side up egg, with fresh fruit or yogurt
LUNCH: Turkey and cheese sandwich, or a large salad
DINNER:
MONDAY: Tacos
TUESDAY: Garlicky Shrimp Bake--I figured out that, using light butter and dividing the whole bake into fourths, each serving is only 8 points a piece!
WEDNESDAY: We're going out to eat with our friends Julie and Ethan!
THURSDAY: Chicken Marsala
FRIDAY: Pita Pizzas
SATURDAY: Baked Macaroni and Cheese with Broccoli
SUNDAY: Big salads
